Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and your location, and are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery across the UAE is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We provide tracking details for every order. As soon as your parcel ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
What should I do if my order does not arrive on time?
If your order is delayed, please contact our team. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international delivery?
We ship across the UAE and to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and charges vary by destination and order size, so please reach out to us for a precise quote.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Are LiveOn products good quality?
Yes. Every LiveOn product is engineered to be durable and built to last, and most come backed by a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
Do LiveOn products come with a warranty?
Most LiveOn products carry a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please check the product packaging or user manual for the exact warranty period of each item. See our Warranty page for full details.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Making a claim is simple. Head to our Warranty Claim page, submit your details and proof of purchase, and our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes. To extend your cover by an additional 12 months, register your product within 48 hours of purchase. Visit our Warranty page to complete your registration.
What is a Model Number (SKU)?
SKU is short for Stock Keeping Unit. It is a unique code used to identify and track each product, and it helps us match your item to the correct warranty and support information.
Are LiveOn products certified for use in the UAE?
Yes. Our products meet UAE regulatory standards and are covered by the relevant TDRA certification. You can view more on our TDRA Certificate page.

Payments and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment information secure at every step of checkout.
Are there extra fees for any payment method?
No. There are no additional charges for using any of the payment methods we accept. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. An invoice is issued automatically for every order once payment is successful — no special request needed. If you have any questions, just contact us.
Can I return or exchange a product?
