Refund Policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges.

At LiveOn, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policy.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@liveon.ae with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

If you are returning an item for a refund, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your item to LiveOn. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card service provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. We will process your exchange within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

  • If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the exchanged item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers

Please note that the above exceptions may vary depending on the product and are subject to change without notice. We will always make exceptions to the policy in the event of extenuating circumstances.

Damaged Items

In any unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@liveon.ae. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide us with photos of the defective or damaged item when you contact us.
