What is covered, and for how long.

Our promise

Every LiveOn product is built to a high standard and backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. As standard, LiveOn products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects that appear under normal, intended use. It does not turn a product into a lifetime item, nor does it cover accidental or misuse-related damage. The sections below set out exactly what is included.

Extended 12-month warranty

You can add a further 12 months of cover — free of charge — when you buy from a verified store and register your purchase in time. To qualify, you must:

  • Purchase your LiveOn product from a verified retailer.
  • Upload clear proof of purchase within 48 hours of buying.

Verified retailers include Virgin Megastore, LuLu Hypermarket, Amazon, Carrefour, Noon, Sharaf DG, Emax, Ecity, Jashanmal, Jumbo Electronics, Geekay Online Store, Safari Hypermarket, FNAC Qatar, and other authorised sellers.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Faults that appear under normal, intended use
  • Component failures not caused by the user
  • Repair or replacement of the defective product at LiveOn’s discretion

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or liquid ingress
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks and scratches
  • Misuse, neglect, or use outside the product instructions
  • Unauthorised repair, modification, or opening of the product
  • Products with no valid proof of purchase

How to make a claim

  1. Locate your original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and a clear photo of the product.
  2. Note the fault and, where possible, how and when it first appeared.
  3. Submit your claim through the LiveOn warranty claim form, attaching your invoice and product images.
  4. Our support team reviews your request and confirms whether it is covered under warranty.
  5. If approved, we arrange a repair or replacement in line with this policy.
